Take a leisurely stroll or rent a bike to explore the park's scenic trails. Lounge on the grassy fields, have a picnic, or play frisbee with friends. Enjoy a refreshing swim in Barton Springs Pool, a natural spring-fed swimming hole that remains a constant 68 degrees Fahrenheit year-round. Zilker Park is also home to the beautiful Botanical Garden and hosts various festivals throughout the year.

Each evening, just before sunset, spectators gather near the bridge or on boats along Lady Bird Lake to witness the breathtaking sight of the bats emerging in search of food. As dusk settles, the bats create a swirling, dark cloud as they fly out from under the bridge to embark on their nightly feeding frenzy. This is a seasonal event!
